为探究氮沉降背景下放牧对半干旱沙质草地植物功能性状的影响,本试验探究了放牧和短期氮添加(20 g·m-2·a-1)对半干旱沙质草地优势种糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa)和群落功能性状的影响。结果表明:放牧和氮添加增加了糙隐子草的重要值,放牧降低了糙隐子草叶面积,氮添加显著降低了围封草地中糙隐子草叶干物质含量,增加了围封和放牧草地中糙隐子草叶氮含量(P<0.05);相同氮素水平下放牧降低了植物群落高度,氮添加增加了围封样地植物叶面积和叶氮含量,增加了放牧样地植物比叶面积和叶氮含量,降低了叶干物质含量(P<0.05);回归分析表明,糙隐子草叶面积和叶氮含量能较好地解释群落水平植物叶面积和叶氮含量的变化。半干旱沙质草地植物群落通过改变植株大小和主要叶性状来响应放牧和氮沉降,对预测未来草地生态系统结构与功能具有重要意义。  相似文献

In this study, the effects of mixing process parameters (degree of vacuum, water addition, and mixing time under vacuum) on the cooking and sensory quality properties of Chinese white noodles were investigated by using one commercial‐scale noodle production line and one typical commercial wheat flour. Noodle appearance, firmness, elasticity, smoothness, and total quality scores were significantly improved as the degree of vacuum increased from 0 to 0.06 MPa, although lower sensory scores and larger cooking losses occurred when noodles were mixed at 0.08 MPa. Noodles with a water addition of 35% had the highest total score and the highest scores for each sensory factor. As mixing time increased, the sensory score of cooked noodles increased initially and then decreased. With a mixing time of 7 min, the sensory score was the highest and cooking loss was the lowest. The results of response surface methodology indicated that fresh noodle quality was most affected by the water addition, followed by vacuum degree. Added water was a more important source of variation for appearance, firmness, stickiness, smoothness, total score, and cooking loss than degree of vacuum and mixing time, whereas degree of vacuum was the predominant source of variation for color and elasticity. The interactions between the factors had little effect on sensory and cooking properties. The optimal mixing conditions were determined to be as follows: degree of vacuum, 0.06 MPa; added water, 35.6%; and mixing time, 7.25 min. Furthermore, vacuum mixing produced a more even, coherent, and closed microstructure for the sheeted dough than nonvacuum mixing.  相似文献

采用牛提纯结核菌素皮内变态反应结合γ-干扰素试验、虎红平板凝集试验、试管凝结试验及ELISA法分别对重庆三峡库区肉牛结核病、布鲁菌病进行了抽样检测。结果显示,该区域肉牛结核病阳性检出率为1.2%,布鲁菌病阳性检出率为1.04%。其中,库区东北部区县肉牛结核病、布鲁菌病的阳性检出率均为最高,分别为1.83%、1.14%;3种肉牛养殖规模条件下,个体散养农户牛群结核病、布鲁菌病的阳性检出率均为最高,分别为2.21%、2.94%;所调查的3个年龄段牛群中,19月龄以上牛群结核病、布鲁菌病的阳性检出率最高,分别为2.91%、4.85%。  相似文献

以胡萝卜为试材,采用乙烯及乙烯受体抑制剂(1-甲基环丙烯)处理,通过对贮藏60d后胡萝卜的品质劣变率(长须根率、腐烂指数、出薹率)、外观指数、可溶性糖含量及多酚氧化酶活性进行测定,研究了1-MCP对胡萝卜采后贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:1-MCP结合手洗贮藏可抑制胡萝卜贮藏期间的品质劣变率、抑制可溶性糖含量的损失、保持较高的外观指数及抑制多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性。手洗后贮藏则可有效改善胡萝卜贮藏期间的表皮褐变问题。  相似文献

为探讨不同欧洲型黄瓜种质资源对高温的适应性差异,为耐热种质资源筛选及耐热机理的深入研究提供理论和实践依据,以20份欧洲型黄瓜的叶片为材料,设置6个高温处理,以室温为对照,测定浸提液电导率值并计算相对电导率,通过拟合Logistic方程,计算半致死温度(LT50)。试验结果表明,随着温度升高,相对电导率呈"S"型曲线,且相对电导率与处理温度存在显著的直线相关关系,通过计算"S"型曲线拐点求得20份欧洲型黄瓜的半致死温度在45~51℃,其中33-2的半致死温度最高,达到50.09℃,37-1的半致死温度最低,为45.82℃。20份欧洲型黄瓜的耐高温能力由强到弱依次为33-275-232-233-111-231-209-236-276-136-137-210-135-276-211-143-235-175-132-137-1。因此,半致死温度可作为评价欧洲型黄瓜耐热性的一个可靠指标。  相似文献

大量研究表明, 乙烯可激发植物对死体营养型真菌的抗性, 但我们前期研究发现, 乙烯合成前体ACC可提高小豆对活体营养型真菌——锈菌的抗性, 为初步明确其机制, 本研究分析了ACC处理对小豆乙烯合成及信号转导的影响, 结果表明, ACC处理显著提高了乙烯合成基因VaACS1及信号通路关键基因VaEIN2?VaEIN3?VaERF5的表达水平?此外, ACC处理后再接种锈菌, 小豆锈病的发病程度显著降低?对接种锈菌后不同时间VaPR2和VaPR4的表达分析表明, 相比ACC处理后不接种对照, ACC处理后再接种锈菌的处理, 接种后1~5 d这两个基因表达量显著升高; 与水处理不接种锈菌相比, 水处理接种锈菌5~8 d后VaPR2和VaPR4的表达量虽显著上调, 但应答时间较ACC处理滞后, 且总体表达水平低, 表明ACC激活乙烯通路进而诱导防卫反应基因上调表达是其诱导小豆抗锈性的关键?  相似文献

为研发高效、精准的监测防控设备,利用八臂行为选择装置系统测定不同光源、性别和光处理时间下草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的趋光行为。结果显示,在紫外光(波长365 nm)、紫光(波长420~430 nm)、蓝光(波长465~475 nm)、绿光(波长525~535 nm)、黄光(波长585~595 nm)和红光(波长655~665 nm)6种波长光源下,草地贪夜蛾混合种群(雌雄成虫比为1∶1)对紫外光光源的趋光选择率最高,为25.61%,显著高于其他处理,其次为紫光和蓝光光源,趋光选择率分别为16.30%和8.82%,对红光的趋光选择率最低,为4.76%。在紫外光刺激下,草地贪夜蛾雌成虫的趋光选择率显著高于混合种群(雌雄成虫比为1∶1),在红光刺激下,雄成虫的趋光选择率显著高于雌成虫。另外,在紫外光刺激下,光处理时间60 min草地贪夜蛾雌成虫的趋光选择率显著高于其他处理。表明光源与性别因素均影响草地贪夜蛾的趋光行为,光处理时间对草地贪夜蛾的趋光行为影响较小,且与光源及性别因素有关。  相似文献

The associations between feeding activities and environmental variables inform animal feeding tactics that maximize energetic gains by minimizing energy costs while maximizing feeding success. Relevant studies in aquatic animals, particularly marine mammals, are scarce due to difficulties in the observation of feeding behaviors in aquatic environments. This data scarcity concurrently hinders ecosystem-based fishery management in the context of small toothed-cetacean conservation. In the present study, a passive acoustic monitoring station was deployed in an East Asian finless porpoise habitat in Laizhou Bay to investigate potential relationships between East Asian finless porpoises and their prey. The data revealed that porpoises were acoustically present nearly every day during the survey period. Porpoise detection rates differed between spring and autumn in concert with activities of fish choruses. During spring, fish choruses were present throughout the afternoon, and this was the time when porpoise vocalizations were the most frequently detected. During autumn, when fish choruses were absent, porpoise detection rates decreased, and diurnal patterns were not detected. The close association between fish choruses and finless porpoise activities implies an “eavesdropping” feeding strategy to maximize energetic gains, similar to other toothed cetaceans that are known to engage similar feeding strategies. Underwater noise pollution, particularly those masking fish choruses, could interrupt finless porpoises’ feeding success. Fisheries competing soniferous fishes with finless porpoise could impact finless porpoise viability through ecosystem disruption, in addition to fishing gear entanglement.  相似文献
